As a Sales Coordinator with Bavaria Equipment Trading LLC , you will be fundamental to our ability to deliver to our customers and clients. Our customer expectations are high, as such we are looking for adaptive driven people to deliver on time to required quality.
Actively prospect for potential customers using email, phone, and third-party websites.
Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients, Meet or exceed a minimum of 60 outgoing cold calls per day in an effort to generate new business.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
Schedule intro calls and demos with prospects.
Research new accounts and new contacts within existing accounts.
Build and maintain contact data.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly prospecting goals.
Make recommendations and improvements to the prospecting process
Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day.
Presenting and delivering information to potential clients face to face/remotely.
Set a minimum of 10 face-to-face appointments per week in an effort to generate new business.
Handle all incoming calls from sales prospects.
Maintain and submit accurate daily, weekly and month reports on activities.
Ensure timely collection of payments, monitor fulfilment and maintain detailed records on purchase history.
Maintain project records, documentation and data.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
